I recently went car shopping with my son, and we test drove the Mazda 3 GX at a local dealership near my home. My son instantly fell in love with the car after a very extensive drive. Unfortunately, when it came time to talk numbers, the dealership refused to work with me. I gave them my number along with a list of extra items I wanted, but they wouldn’t come close to making me happy. Frustrated, we left and decided to contact Wolfe Mazda instead. From the very beginning, my experience with Wolfe Mazda was night and day compared to the other place. My first point of contact was Shane Nakai. Shane listened carefully to what I wanted and promised to call me back. True to his word, he followed up with an offer that was fair. He asked me if I could adjust slightly on my number, and I quickly agreed. Just like that, we had a deal. Once the deal was finalized, Shane handed me over to Gurtej Dhillon to complete the paperwork and get everything prepared. Gurtej was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that my son and I were comfortable and fully informed about the car. Even during delivery, he took as much time as needed to walk us through every single feature until we felt confident. While waiting, Trevor Allen made sure we were comfortable and kept us company. His deep knowledge of cars really stood out, and I would trust any suggestion he makes. Overall, Wolfe Mazda demonstrated what true customer service should look like.
